She is one of the young people who has been working for the last 10 years to improve culture and art education in non-formal education. Binderya has worked mainly on cultural and art education projects and programs aimed at children, youth, and the public at organizations such as Mongolian 4-H, the Institute for the Study of Mongolian Dinosaurs, and the Art Council of Mongolia (ACM). She is doing her research to contribute to the development of culture and art education programs in Mongolia, such as the concept and importance of non-formal education and modern, innovative museum education programs.
